This is where we live. We are based in Newbury Park, so a house in Thousand Oaks, Newbury Park, Westlake Village or Oak Park is a short drive for us, not a day trip. We list everything in the house and sell it one item at a time, on eBay and to local buyers, while it stays where it is.
Where we work in the Conejo Valley
All of Thousand Oaks and Newbury Park, including Dos Vientos, Lynn Ranch, Casa Conejo, Wildwood and North Ranch, plus Westlake Village, Oak Park, Lake Sherwood and Hidden Valley. Westlake Village sits on the county line: the City of Westlake Village is in Los Angeles County and the Thousand Oaks side is in Ventura County. We work on both sides.
